2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories.

You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website or via your KozeeStore account (if applicable).
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur additional shipping fees to resend.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the matter and, if eligible, send a replacement or refund.
8. Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement.
After this period, the order may already be in processing or shipped, and we may not be able to make changes.

9. Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.
